§ General information about the processing of personal data

  • Within the scope of using our website or the services offered with it, personal data may be processed. Personal data is all information or data that can be related to you personally (e.g. name, date of birth, contact addresses, etc.). Personal data is only processed in compliance with the statutory provisions (GDPR, Data Protection Adaptation Act 2018, DSG, TKG 2003). With this data protection information, we would like to provide you with all the necessary information within the meaning of Art. 13ff GDPR.
  • Responsible according to Art. 4 Para. 7 GDPR for compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and your associated rights is: PRODOC International GmbH, Eggenberger Allee 1a/37/Gaswerkstraße, 8020 Graz, Austria. As the person responsible, we have taken all technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data that is processed by us.
  • If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form or by other means of communication, the data you provide will be used by us for processing purposes, namely to answer inquiries, send offers, for subsequent contract processing, to carry out pre-contractual measures, stored or processed for the fulfillment of the contract, etc. Personal data is also processed and stored if you want to use the services we offer, i.e. for contractual reasons or if there is a legitimate interest.
  • We delete the personal data we have stored or processed if the storage is no longer necessary to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations or if the purpose of the processing no longer applies and if there are no legal storage obligations to prevent deletion.

  • As a person affected by data collection and data processing within the meaning of the GDPR, you have the right to information, deletion, restriction, correction, data minimization and data transferability as well as objection.

  • If you believe that there has been a data breach on our part, you can complain to the data protection authority/regulatory authority.

 

§ Automated collection of personal data by accessing our website

  • In the course of accessing and visiting our website, the personal data that your browser transmits to our server is processed. This includes the following data: IP address, HTTP status code, date/time/number of requests, browser, operating system, language and version of the browser software, request information.
  • The data is collected for technical reasons so that you can view our website without restriction.
  • SSL encryption using HTTPS
    The additional s in the https:// in front of our website indicates that we ensure the protection of confidential data. We use the SSL certificate to encrypt the data transfer on our website and to transmit all data securely on the Internet. An SSL-secured site can be recognized by the small lock symbol in front of the address (URL) displayed in the browser and by the use of https as part of the Internet address.

 

§ Cookies

  • Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of your browser. The purpose of using cookies is that we receive certain information and that we can recognize your browser the next time you visit our website. Cookies are used in particular to make the website friendlier and more effective. They do no harm and cannot access your programs.

§ Matomo

  • On this website, using the web analysis service software Matomo (www.matomo.org), a service provided by InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St , 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, ("Mataomo") on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR data is collected and stored. Pseudonymised usage profiles can be created and evaluated from this data for the same purpose. Cookies can be used. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the website visitor's Internet browser. The cookies enable, among other things, the recognition of the Internet browser. The data collected using Matomo technology (including your pseudonymised IP address) is processed on our servers.
  • The information generated by the cookie in the pseudonymous user profile is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and is not combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.
  • If you do not agree to the storage and evaluation of this data from your visit, you can object to the storage and use at any time with a mouse click. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie is stored in your browser, which means that Matomo does not collect any session data. § Mandrill

  • We also use a Mailchimp add-on called Mandrill to send emails. This is an offer from The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404 Atlanta, GA 30318 ("Mandrill"). The service manages data about when an e-mail that we sent was read or the links contained in it were opened. As with Mailchimp, Mandrill is based in the United States. Your personal data will therefore be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, which does not have the same level of protection for personal data as within the European Economic Area. For this reason, we have entered into a contractual agreement (so-called EU standard contractual clauses) with The Rocket Science Group, LLC, through which Mandrill undertakes to protect the personal data of the e-mail senders and to only forward the personal data on our behalf and on our instructions process.
